The only time I’ve ever had any luck with these CD’s is when I am at a spa getting a massage, haha. To my surprise, this CD works. I had my husband take the kids out to play and I went to my bed and locked the bedroom door! I listened to the CD for just a short time and the next thing I knew my husband was knocking on the door 2 hours later trying to wake me up, haha. I was impressed! This is great for anyone who has trouble sleeping, problems with stress, etc.
