Product Review: NightWave Travel Assistant: great gift for those with trouble sleeping! The NightWave is a product designed to help you fall asleep without having to use over-the-counter or prescription sleep aid drugs. NightWave is a small black box that sits on your night stand. Turn it on at night and a blue light is projected onto your ceiling. The blue light will fade in and out. There are several different “fade” settings for you to choose from. My favorite setting is the one where the light fades off and on in relation to a heartbeat. It is a dimmer light than the rest. For me to use a higher setting and the light be a litter brighter and it fade less often, I would need it to be across the room from me, the light was just to bright. The NiteWave did help me fall asleep but I think I will put it in my children’ s room and see if it can help them as well. The light is very relaxing especially when you can synchronize your breathing with it!
