Product Review: Volunteer Gear: What a great concept! I love it! Do you know of someone who loves to help
people, volunteer their time, do a good deed?!?! Volunteer Gear consists of a shirt (pick your cause) and a set of dog tags with a unique number. Once you complete your first good deed you can log on to volunteergear.com and register your good deed and your tag #. The second tag is passed on to a friend, family member, or even a stranger with an encouragement to lend a helping hand and continue to “pay it forward”. Google Maps tracks all acts of kindness and Chain members receive email updates each time the Chain grows.
Does that make sense? Once you do a good deed, log on and register the tag and your good deed story, pass your “extra” volunteer gear dog tag to someone else. When they do a good deed, they log on and tell their story, then they’ll pass the tag onto someone else and so on. You can log on and keep track of the tag, see all of the good deeds that started with your own! Talk about making your heart feel good!
